One artist that I didn’t notice at the LT Poster Girls Exhibition was Kathleen Stenning
She did four rather fine posters in the 1920s extolling the virtues of staying underground as long as possible… Circle Line maybe ?
Not only are they fine but also rather valuable (one example £4k – Christies)
I also managed to get hold of a portrait from the net
