This film was from 1984, Strausfield died in 1980 but the house poster style remained until the cinema closed in 1986
The cinema closed permanently on 2 April 1986 screening; “Dangerous Moves”, “The Empty Table” and “The Wanderer”. It was demolished in February 1989 to make way for an office and retail development, which was vacant for many years. By 2016 the ground floor was in retail use by Flannels.
